Minehead EYE: Crisis and Resilience
The Minehead EYE Crisis and Resilience Team provides friendly, local, face-to-face support to people and families experiencing financial hardship or crisis. We help people access Crisis Payments, reduce financial pressures and build greater financial resilience. We take time to understand each person’s circumstances and connect them with the right advice, services and community support, including services based at Minehead EYE and across the wider community. As a partner of the Somerset Crisis and Resilience Alliance, we work alongside local organisations to help people access the support they need.

Who can use this service?
Anybody living in Somerset who is either experiencing or recovering from financial crisis, or ar risk from a future financial crisis due a change of circumstances.
How are services delivered?
We offer face to face support, telephone calls, email referrals and signposting.
