Crisis and Resilience Village Agents provide practical, person-centred support to people experiencing financial hardship or at risk of crisis. They help people access Crisis Payments, maximise income, reduce financial pressures, and connect with appropriate advice and community services. Through tailored one-to-one support, they work alongside individuals and families to build financial resilience, improve wellbeing, prevent future crises, and strengthen links with local support networks. We're a Somerset Crisis and Resilience Alliance partner.
